1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ji9 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its registered members ("you", "user") constitutes a legal agreement. This agreement applies to the ji9 website, mobile app, and all associated services.

Ji9 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, and other gaming services. The platform operates in full compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) policies.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated in January 2026. Any changes from the previous version take effect from their respective effective dates. We will endeavour to notify registered members of significant changes via email, though this is not guaranteed.

• These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative.
• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
• Ji9 reserves the right to grant or deny special privileges to any individual at its own discretion.

2 Account Registration

To participate on ji9, you must create a personal account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Information required for registration:

• Full name (as it appears on your National ID or passport)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Email address (active and personal)
• Preferred payment method details

Each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, or from the same device or IP address, is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be blocked and balances may be forfeited.

3 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

The minimum age to use the ji9 platform is 18 (eighteen) years. No one under 18 may create or use an account on this platform. This is both a legal requirement and part of our responsible gaming policy.

We may request proof of age at any stage of the registration process. Refusal to provide documentation or submission of false documents will result in immediate account closure. Verification of all submitted information is solely our responsibility, and we reserve the right to carry out such verification at any time.

• Accepted documents for age verification: National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate.
• If an underage account is identified, all balances and winnings will be forfeited.
• Members are also responsible for ensuring that minors cannot access and play through an adult family member's account.

4 Deposits & Payments

Ji9 currently supports Bangladeshi payment methods — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and online bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the maximum is ৳5,00,000 per transaction.

Things to keep in mind when making a deposit:

• Only deposit from an account or mobile number registered in your own name.
• Transactions made from third-party accounts will be reversed, and refunds may be delayed.
• Deposits are usually instant; bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours.
• If a transaction fails, contact support within 48 hours with a screenshot.
• Ji9 does not charge any commission or processing fees; however, your bank or mobile operator may apply their own charges.

We comply with anti-money laundering laws. Unusual or suspicious transactions may be automatically flagged for review, and additional information may be requested.

5 Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 and the maximum per transaction is ৳2,00,000. Daily withdrawal limits may vary depending on your loyalty rank.

• Withdrawals are only processed via the same method used for the original deposit, in line with our AML policy.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed while an active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes; if verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Identity verification documents are required for your first withdrawal.
• If you wish to cancel a withdrawal request, please contact support before processing has begun.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Ji9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page.

General bonus terms & conditions:

• Read the terms carefully before activating a bonus — once activated, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, device, IP address, or payment account.
• Every bonus has an expiry period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Ji9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ji9 are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Please verify the odds and conditions before placing a bet. We reserve the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

• Sports Betting: Bets can be placed before a match begins or in real time through the live betting section.
• Casino games: Outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — no manipulation is possible.
• Minimum bet is ৳10; maximum bet varies by game and market.
• If an event is cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
• In a multi-bet combination, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections will be settled at their original odds.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ji9. If any of these are detected, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts registered under the same name or from the same device.
• Bonus abuse: Claiming bonus benefits or circumventing wagering requirements in violation of the terms.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Match fixing: Participating in any form of match manipulation.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds.
• Hacking attempts: Attempting to breach or probe the security of the platform.
• Account selling: Selling or transferring an account or balance to another person.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Ji9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or forging documents.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Court orders or directives from a regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity (no activity for more than 12 months).

Members may request to close their account at any time. It is recommended that you withdraw all remaining balance before submitting the request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ji9 platform — including logos, designs, software, game graphics, text, and data — is the property of ji9 or its licensors. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using any of this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

• Use of the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Ji9's name or logo may not be used for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

Ji9 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or third-party failures. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

• The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or upgrades.
• Ji9 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from betting or gaming.
• Our maximum liability shall in no event exceed the amount you have deposited.

12 Privacy

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities when required by law.

13 Responsible Gaming

Ji9 believes gaming is for entertainment, not hardship. We encourage all members to play responsibly. If you feel that gaming is negatively affecting your life or someone close to you, please make use of our support tools.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Setting a maximum stake per single bet.
• Cooling-Off: Taking a break for a set period of time.

14 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours. If the matter remains unresolved through support, please follow our formal complaints procedure.
